Album number 13 from 2000. Seems to be some kind of concept album with text along with lyrics to the songs. Writing is small and hard to read, something about a war. I’m sure I’ve never listened to this one before. Some good songs on this one. I liked “Tina”, not a girl’s name but There Is No Alternative, some kind of political slogan in Europe, “Something To Be Scared Of” and “Last Night On Earth”. They have lately been on the Quarterstick Records a division of Touch And Go Records from Chicago. I have 2 more Mekons CDs. One from 2007, the last I bought from them, and their second from 1980. I think I will listen to the older one tomorrow.
