This is one I could probably do without. Although there are some good Duran Duran songs on here they don’t really work in these different styles. Four songs are done in a SkaPunk style, “Rio”, “Hold Back The Line”, “Hungry Like The Wolf” and “The Reflex”. Two of their more mellow songs “Come Undone” and “Ordinary World” are done in a Hardcore Style. Eve’s Plum does a decent job on “Save A Prayer” , one of my favorite Duran Duran songs. I guess my favorite was “The Chauffer” by Deftones, pretty close to the original but with their harder edge. I will do a few more of these various artists CDs and will start the M’s on Saturday.
