The fifth release from this band from Duluth, Mn. For most of its existence members have been married couple Alan Sparhawk and Mimi Parker plus Zac Sally. Again the music is very slow with Parker and Sparhawk singing in harmony mostly in low voices. This one was produced by Steve Albini. “Medicine Magazines” was one I put on one of my cassette tapes. “Sunflower” is another one I like. Some songs are so slow you think they are playing on the wrong speed like a 45 rpm record playing at 33 rpm.
