A great double CD live recording from this German Progressive band active from 1970 to 1981. Recorded in Germany in 1977 this was originally released in 1978. This is a 2005 reissue and remaster and is a German import. I bought this CD at the 3 day Rites Of Spring Prog festival I attended about 15 years ago. This band consists of bass , drums, keyboards, guitar and violin. Lots of great jamming and interplay with guitar and violin. What singing there is is in German accented English. Really like “Phasing” which starts out with what sounds like bells before a nice long mellow duet with electric piano and violin. “Die Stadt” feature some soloing on drums, bass and violin. A bonus track, the 18 minute “Traum” was recorded live in the studio for a radio concert and features the best guitar work by Pablo Weeber. Great playing throughout with the violin of Christof Noppeney the most remarkable to me, sounding like Jean Luc Ponty.
