This is album number seven and the first record I bought from Wilco. This is a 2009 release that I bought then from the Vertigo records in West Reading. My house on Summit St. was just a few blocks from the store. Besides Jeff Tweedy the only original member of the band still in it is John Stirratt. Sounding much different than the Alt-Country sound of their first record this is more Alternative/Indie/Rock and Pop. This has a gatefold cover and came with a CD of the record. Don’t remember playing it much but the best songs are on side 1. “Wilco(The Song)” and “You Never Know” were singles I heard on the radio.”Bull Black Nova” is a chilling song about murder and Fiest sings a duet with Tweedy on “You And I”.
