This one was released in 2016 and is probably around when I bought it. Now on Cleopatra Records from the band’s hometown of L.A. I have never listened to this record. According to Bobby Hecksher’s liner notes this record is a collection of demos and odds and ends from the last ten years that he re-worked for this album. Most of these songs are different from the lo-fi psychedelic dirges of their usual recordings. These songs are shorter, more of a Psychedelic Shoegaze sound like The Brian Jonestown Massacre or The Black Angels. The most accessible record of theirs I have heard.
