After nearly a ten year break they put a record out in 2010. This is their second after that one. I hate Music was released in 2013. It’s the only record I bought during the 20 months I lived in Bally. Bought at Vertigo records one day when I was in West Reading about 25 miles away. There was a store in Allentown a little closer but I never made it out there. This is my least favorite Superchunk record. Some of the songs sound a little too polished almost Pop sounding. I had listened to side one a few times and “Low F” is one of their best songs but I wasn’t too thrilled with the rest on that side. I thought Side two was better, a little more of what I would expect from Superchunk. “FOH” is another up-tempo rocker.
