Studio album number six from Superchunk. I have this on CD and bought this 2014 reissue of this 1997 release a few years ago. The music is Indie or what you would call College Rock leaving their earlier Punk leanings behind. Laura Ballance’s singing is smoother not the more aggressive style of Punk. Although I did buy the CD sometime around when it was released I don’t think I listened to it much. The only song I recognized when I put the record on was the first song “Unbelievable Things”. The songs are slower and longer, some adding some synthesizers for the first time. It all sounds good to me , 11 more songs to listen to again.
