A really great record of Rockabilly and 50’s style Rock and Roll. This is actually a compilation of their first two records apparently only released in the U.K. at the time which is where they first gained attention. The personnel is listed as Brian Setzer, Strummin’ and Croonin’ Slim Jim Phantom, Bangin’ and Yellin’ and Lee Rocker, Slappin’ and Howlin’. “Rock This Town” and “Stray Cat Strut” were in heavy rotation on MTV in the early 80’s. “Rumble In Brighton” and “Runaway Boys” were also heard on the radio. I’d say side one is best but they are both good, A great party record. Bought new at Barnes & Noble in the last five years.
