After Spaceman 3 broke up Jason Pierce and the musicians who played on his half of Recurring, the last Spaceman 3 release, along with Kate Radley put out the first Spiritualized album in 1992. This is a 2011 two record set that plays at 45 RPM. The twelve songs are divided among the four sides in color coded suites that run together. The music is more what you would call Ambient or Space Rock then the Psychedelia of Spaceman 3. Vocals are low key and in the background. I had this on CD but this is the first time playing the record. A good one to put on and chill.
