This is a great three record compilation album from 2010. Released after a twelve year hiatus, the band got back together in 2010 for a concert and one final album in 2012. It includes album cuts, live tracks, unreleased songs and B-sides. I believe I had everything they released on cassette but all my cassettes were all sold in 2013. I would have liked to keep some but if I went through them and tried to decide which to keep it would turn out to be a big pile so I decided to sell all of them(around five or six hundred). This starts with “All Your Lies” from the Deep Six compilation of Seattle bands that I also had on cassette and ends with “Black Rain” a leftover from Badmotorfinger and reworked for this record. In between are songs from all their albums and EPs. A live recording of “Jesus Christ Pose” sounds like Sonic Youth with a good bit of noise in the music. Also on the record is “Birth Ritual” from the Singles soundtrack and “Pretty Noose” from a Saturday Night Live appearance. A great record with some cool artwork in the tri-fold cover.
