Some of the earliest work from Jessica Davies and Katherine Blamire. Released in 2010 as the cover says it’s a collection of A and B sides plus an EP. It’s on black vinyl with some faint white splatter. This is the second record I bought from them about six months after buying their Blood Speaks album. Most of the songs are in a Blusey Folk style all of them good. “Sunshine” sounds like it could be from the Blood Speaks album while others like “When You Grow Old” and “Frozen Heart” are pure Folk with one of them,I don’t know who, with a very good voice rivaling those English singers from the 70’s like Maddy Prior and Sandy Denny. I’ve played this a few times,one of my favorites by them.
