The first from the English band released in 1980. I first heard “Sister Europe” on a Columbia Records sampler I bought then. I later bought the record but must have sold it at some point and re-purchased it again because it has a $3.99 price tag on it. Call it New Wave or Post Punk the songs are simply constructed with not much lead guitar but some sax and bass and drums being in the forefront. A record I always liked. Besides “Sister Europe” there are several other good songs like “Wedding Song”,”Imitation Of Christ”, and “We Love You”.
