Passport-Looking Thru

Their fourth album from 1974. A used one I bought for $6 at the store in Ephrata. First time listening to this one. More Jazz Fusion with some spacey elements on some songs. The title track on side one at nearly 8 minutes is the longest on the record. Listening to it there is a .spot with organ bass and drums that sounds very much like sething from The Alan Parsons Project that I just listened to last weekend. It is followed by the shortest track on the album a nice duet of Kristian Shulze’s piano and acoustic guitar by olfgang Schmid called “Zwischenspiel”,unfortunatly only a minute and a half long. “Tarantula” and “Ready For Takeoff” on side two are good with Klaus Doldinger’s excellent sax. The last two tracks have some wierd electronic noises to start off.
