This is a record of alternate mixes and different takes of the songs on the Moondance album. It came out on Record Store Day 2018. I had the original version on CD as well as some of his earliest albums. Aside from the title track,”And It Stoned Me”,”Caravan”,”Crazy Love” and “Into The Mystic” all on side one I wasn’t familiar enought with the songs to know if they were any different. The songs on side one sounded pretty close to the originals except “Inton The Mystic” was stripped down with only guitar and drums and “Moondance” was mostly a Jazzy instrumental with Van singing only one verse at the beginning.
