Their first album from early 1970. When I discovered FM radio in late 71′ or early 72′ I heard songs from this record being played that I liked, so I went to the record store to buy it. It was an import on the Vertigo label with a gatefold cover. Another cover I really liked, it shows an old English water mill from the 15th century with a witchy woman in front of it. I don’t have that record any more,I don’t know what happened to it. The one I have now was bought in the 80’s and does not have the gatefold cover. Just as good as Paranoid,I really love the suites that close out side 1 and side 2. I have decided to name some essential records from my collection that I would keep if forced to downsize my records. This record and Paranoid would be two of them.
