A really great live recording at a small club in Copenhagen in December of 1990. This came out on CD in 1997 and I had a copy but it was sold in 2003. This vinyl copy was released on Record Store Day in 2020. A numbered copy of a run of only 2000. The sound of the music and the vinyl is excellent. It’s a three sided record with etchings on the fourth side.The first record has two songs from the On Fire album and four from their newest record This is Our Music released just one month before this concert.Lots of great psychedelic guitar playing by Dean Wareham backed by Naomi Yang’s bass and Damon Krukowski’s drums.”Summertime” is the song I like best. Side three has covers by Yoko Ono,The Velvet Underground,and Jonathan Richman. The band broke up the following year with Dean joining the group Luna with members of The Chills and The Feelies and Damon and Naomi continuing as a duo.
