Drive-By-Truckers-Ugly Buildings,Whores& Politicians

This is a collection of their “Greatest Hits” which is kind of tongue and cheek because the only one of their songs I ever heard on the radio was “I Used To Be A Cop” from the Go-Go Boots record. It does however have songs from everyone of their first seven albums. It starts off with “The Living Bubba”from their first record a song Hood wrote about a singer songwriter he knew who died from HIV. They have played this song in concert every time I have seen them. It also has six songs from Decoration Day and The Dirty South two records I have not seen on vinyl yet. These include some great songs like “Sinkhole”,”Lookout Mountain” and my favorite Jason Isbell song “Never Gonna Change”. There is also a more Countryfied remix of “Gravity’s Gone” from A Blessing And A Curse,Three songs from Southern Rock Opera, and two from Brighter Than Creations Dark.
