Deep Purple-Who Do We Think We Are

The last album from the classic lineup, this came out in 1973, just months before the release of Made In Japan. I had this on 8-track tape back in the day and was one of my favorites by the band. This was the worst media with the tape changing “programs” four times often in the middle of a song. The record starts off with “Woman From Tokyo” one of their better known songs. I also like “Smooth Dancer” on side 1. I also like “Rat Bat Blue”, a song I had on one of my early mix tapes, and the Bluesy “Place In Line”. The Albums closer “Our Lady” is also good. I bought this in 2017 for two or three dollars. It’s very scratchy sounding but has no skips. The cover is in fair shape.
