Kula Shaker-Peasants, Pigs & Astronauts

The second album from this English Psychedelic Rock band. Guitarist and singer Crispian Mills is the son of Actress Haley Mills. This CD and the previous one K have an Indian music interest with Indian instrumentation and chants on a few of the tracks. 2 are actually Indian traditional songs. Some decent organ on a couple tracks. “108 Battles(Of The Mind)” is pure 60’s Pop. Their K album which I also have has a kind of tribute to Jerry Garcia called “Grateful When You’re Dead” released a year after his death.
