Yet another band name taken from a William S. Burroughs novel Clem Snide’s main man is Eef Barzelay a singer songwriter born in Tel Aviv. This is an enhanced CD with a video of one of the songs. A 2002 reissue of a 1998 release it has two bonus tracks. I would call this Alt Country or Folk Rock. Mostly more mellow acoustic songs they are OK. There is a really good song “Fill Me With Your Light” that is on my playlist and is on a later album. They also did a six song EP of Journey covers which were quite different from the originals. “Anyway You Want It” was my favorite on that one. If I ever decide to sell some CDs or if anyone wants to buy them this is one I would not keep.
