A band from The Netherlands, this is one of the first CDs I bought from 1997. The name means Bettie Serves referencing Dutch tennis player Betty Stove. I really like this band. I heard the song “Palomine” from their first album on WXPN and bought the cassette. Later I saw this CD and bought it. Led by singer and guitarist Carol van Dijk they are an Indie band or what I like to call College Rock. I am very familiar with this Cd and played it quite often. Lots of good songs. “Geek”, “Heaven”, “Rudder”, “Fallen Foster” and “Co-Coward”. the last two made it onto my playlist of over 3500 songs I listen to while driving . A really good CD, wish I could find the record album.
