Neil Young-Zuma

Original

I remember buying this at Sears in 1975. One of my favorite Neil Young albums. I love every track on it. A great collection of Country Rock, Folk and Rock. This was recorded with Crazy Horse with new guitarist Frank Sampedro who replaced Danny Whitten. “Don’t Cry No Tears”, “Lookin’ For A Love”, and “Barstool Blues” are great Country Rock songs. “Danger Bird” and “Cortez The Killer”, one of Neils best loved and most covered songs, are longer songs featuring Neils guitar soloing. “Drive Back” is a rocker and the Folky “Through My Sails” was recorded with Crosby, Stills, and Nash. At some point I colored the front cover. Similar drawings are on the back and both sides of the record sleeve. It came with a lyric sheet but I don’t have it anymore. The record sounds pretty good with no skips.
