After The Babys broke up in 1980 singer John Waite released his first solo album in 1982. This is another one I taped off the radio in ’82 or ’83 when I was living in Newark. I saw this used record for $3 so I said “what the heck” and bought it. Although I hadn’t heard the tape in over 35 years I knew all the songs on thy album. “Change”, a song written by Holly Knight, was an early MTV video I remember and “Make It Happen” are the best songs on the record. The record was produced by Neil Giraldo who is married to Pat Benatar. Another one for the reject pile.
