Tennis is a married couple from Denver. It’s a special edition from the Vinyl Me Please record a month club Christmas present I was given about five years ago. Another one you had to accept, it has a different cover than the original 2017 release and is on colored vinyl. It comes with a 16 page booklet with photos and text written by Alaina Moore describing how her and husband Patrick Riley wrote the music while on a four month sailing trip down the west coast of Mexico. Might have played side one once. This is pop music with female vocals and are generally on the mellow side, no heavy bass or synthesizers. I was expecting not to like this but it’s not too bad. Most songs are catchy and pleasing especially “My Emotions Are Blinding” and “Ladies Don’t Play Guitar”
