Styx-Styx II

Original

This was released in 1973 on the local Wooden Nickle label although I didn’t buy it until ’74 or ’75 after “Lady ” was released as a single. Every time I hear that song it brings me back to that time in my life. A good album by them with two more Progressive songs “A Day” and “Father O.S.A,”. Two good rockers “You Need Love” and “I’m Gonna Make You Feel It” open and close the record. “Earl Of Roseland”, another good song, is about the Chicago neighborhood they were from. A little scratchy but I have no complaints about this record I have owned for nearly 50 years.
