The other 2019 reissue I bought at the West Chester store. Like the other one it’s a three record edition with the fold out poster of the cover with lyrics and liner notes by Tim Gane. Excellent sounding record. The record has lots of looped sounds like the first track “Metronomic Underground” with repeated lyrics sung by Laetitia Sadier. “Cybele’s Reverie”, sung in French, has some nice strings arranged by Sean O’Hagan, a guest on some of their records. “Tomorrow Is Already Here” is another good one with Mary Hansen taking the lead and some vibes played by producer John McEntire of the band Tortoise. The bonus record has “Old Lungs: and “Freestyle Dumpling” two songs not used on the record as well as demos of most of the songs.
