The first album from this American Progressive band. They sound a lot like Yes and a little like E.L.P. This came out in 1976 and it was around that time that I bought it. My friend and I decided to take a drive to the Granite Run Mall about an hour from Wilmington one night and I bought this record and one by Van Der Graff Generator. Returning to the apartment he shared with the manager of the steak house we all worked at we listened to them. We all liked the Starcastle record but the other one they though was a little strange. I loved it. I’ll be getting to them this fall. “Lady Of The Lake” a ten minute song is really good. So are “Forces” and “Sunfield”. Heavy on the bass and keyboards with the vocal harmonies sometimes I think I’m listening to Yes when I put this album on.
