His first album from January of 1972. One I bought back then probably from the Columbia House Record Club. Don’t remember playing it that much but “Mother And Child Reunion” and “Me And Julio Down By The Schoolyard” were Top 40 hits and “Duncan” was heard on FM radio. “Armistice Day” and “Paranoia Blues” were also ones I liked back then. I really didn’t like the acoustic music then, I was more into Grand Funk,Yes,Emerson,Lake & Palmer,Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. The music sounds pretty good today and over 50 years old the record sounds good too.
