The 7th album from this Detroit native and easily his most successful. Of the ten songs six are recorded with The Silver Bullet Band four with the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section which has David Hood on bass the father of Patterson Hood of Drive-By Truckers. Every song on this record is good with three big singles “Night Moves”,”Rock And Roll Never Forgets”,and “Mainstreet”. Two covers are on the record “Come To Poppa” and “Mary Lou”. “The Fire Down Below” is also heard on the radio often. This is another record I taped off the radio in the early 80’s. I bought this used album in 2019 for $4. The cover and record are in good shape.
