Boz started out in the Steve Miller Band and quickly went solo. I always liked his blend of Blues,Jazz,Pop,and Soul. This is a three record set recorded in San Francisco in 2004. He plays his best songs with a good band backing him up. The only one of his popular songs missing is “Dynaflow”. “Somebody Loan Me A Dime” his first big hit from the early 70’s is here as well as “Lowdown”,and “Lido Shuffle” two of his bigger hits. Also performed are “Jojo”,”Miss Sun”,”Breakdown Dead Ahead”,”Georgia” and “Look What You’ve Done To Me” a song from the Urban Cowboy soundtrack. About six or seven years ago Boz was set to close the Flood City Music Festival I was at with my wife in Johnstown . A storm was approaching and he held off taking the stage untill it passed by. After about 40 minutes of waiting and still no storm he finally came on stage played three songs and then the storm hit and that was the end of it.
