In 1997 Gregg Rolie,Neal Schon,Michael Carabello,Mike Shrieve, and Jose Areas got together for a one off record called Abraxas Pool that I had on CD. The same line-up that played on Santana III minus Carlos. In 2015 Rollie,Schon,Shrieve, and Carabello got together with Carlos Santana and put out a record called Santana IV. This is a two record set with an embossed cover and is on orange vinyl. The record sounds pretty good. My two favorite songs are the longest at over 7 minutes. “Forgiveness” has some nice guitar work by Carlos,”Fillmore East” is a Grateful Dead-like jam that sounds right out of the 70’s. “Anywhere You Want To Go” was the single from the album and one I heard on the radio. Two songs feature one of the Isley Brothers . Carlos made a record with them in 2017.
