Romeo Void were a San rancisco band who put out three albums in the 80’s. This is their first from 1981, a used one I bough about five years ago. A New Wave or Post Punk band they sound like most other bands of that type. Led by Native American Debora Iyall that band includes a sax player as well as guitar,bass and drums. The music brings to mind Martha And The Muffins a Toronto based band and The Psychedelic Furs which also have sax players and were active at the same time as Romeo Void. The first time listening to this it doesn’t soundtoo bad,liked “I Mean It” the best ,the last song on the record an the longest.
