This came out in late ’83 and is another great album as good as their first. ABetwfter the death of Honeyman-Scott and Farndon Chrissie Hynde along with Martin Chambers recruited Robbie McIntosh and Malcom Foster to play guitar and drums.Between guitar driven rockers like “Middle Of The Road”.”My City Was Gone”,”Time The Avenger”,and “I Hurt You” and the more mellow songs “Back In The Chain Gang”,”Show Me” and the Christmas song “2000 Miles” the band doesn’t miss a beat. They also do a nice cover of The Persuaders hit “Thin Line Between Love And Hate”. I bought everything else the band put out on vinyl and later on CD and although each had a couple good songs this was their last great record. They were all sold as well as their CD box set Pirate Radio.
