The Plimsouls were formed by Peter Case after being in the early Punk band The Nerves in San Francisco. The Plimsouls were what you would call a Power Pop or Jangle Pop band.This, their second album was released in 1983.I don’t remevmber where or when I bought this record,probably about five years ago. The record is in good shape but the record sleeve with lyrics and liner notes is split in half. First time listening to this record although I knew the song “A Million Miles Away” from the movie Valley Girl. The band performs the song in a scene of the movie that I saw when living in Hull. Case was married to Victoria Williams in the late 80’s.
