An English band influenced by The Velvet Underground. I bought this 1988 release at the record store in Kutztown.It was in the used new arrivals bin along with their next record Up which I have on CD. I bought both of them. Sounding like The Dream Syndicate, another Velvet Underground clone,they are led by Phil Parfitt and Dan Cross. They put out four albus in the 80’s before breaking up . Bass player Josephene Wiggs later joined The Breeders. First time listening to this it sounded pretty good. “All The Stars” was the one I liked best. Wiggs plays a nice cello solo on “In The Afternoon”.
