Mudcrutch-2

In 2016 Tom Petty decided to get the members of Mudcrutch together again eight years after the first album to make this one. Sadly it would be the last music recorded by Petty before his untimely death the following year. The music on this record is more in the Southern or Country Rock than the previous record. As usual I had only played side one a couple of times after buying it. “Trailer” was on his Playback box set I had on cassette that came out in 1995,re-recorded for this album. “Fear Of Flying” was the one I liked best on side one. “Hope” on side two was also pretty good. 7 of the 11 songs were written by Petty with the four other members of the band each writing a song of their own. The record comes with an album sized poster.
