Gary Moore is a guitarist from Belfast and was a member of Thin Lizzy for a while. The record has several songs with Celtic themes and melodies. The Chieftains help out on “Over The Hills And Far Away” and “Johnny Boy”. “The Loner” is an instrumental not the Neil Young song,but “Friday On My Mind” is The Easybeats song done 80’s style with drum machine and synthesizer. I don’t like it. The two best songs are the title track and “Thunder Rising”, that sounds like a Thin Lizzy song. The record is dedicated to Thin Lizzy’s Phil Lynott who died in 1986. I bought this record in 1987 at the store in Penny Hill and another Promo Only record. The record is not in very good shape. May not keep this one.
