Melvins were from the Seattle area playing Grunge before it had a name. I had four of their albums on cassette,the last one Stoner Witch from 1994. This is from 2002 and the first time on vinyl in 2020. Its a limited edition of 3000 on pink vinyl. I bought this late last year and as usual only listened to side one once. It’s their usual mix of Grunge,Metal,Sludge,and Noise Rock. The six songs on side one all kind of run together with little percussion interludes between them. Side two has two longer songs, mostly instrumental, ,again hard to tell where one ends and the other begins. There is a lot packed into this 46 minute record and begs some more listening.
