John Cougar Mellencamp-Big Daddy

I had every one of his releases from Scarecrow to 2001’s Cuttin’ Heads on vinyl, cassette or CD and this is my favorite of his. I bought this in 1989 when it was released and I was living in Upper Darby. Many of the songs again deal with social issues but are just good songs. “Big Daddy Of Them All” “To Live” and “Theo And Weird Henry”,one of my favorites of his,are all good songs on side one. Side two has “Pop Singer”,the single from the record, plus “Mansion In Heaven” and “Country Gentleman” also good songs. I still the Cuttin’ Heads CD and the cassettes are all gone and I sold my vinyl copy of The Lonesome Jubilee.
