This record has the distinction of falling on April 1 marking three years of this listening project. This record came out in 1979 and another one of the few I bought in between leaving my parents house in 1978 and getting married in 1982. I was working at The Royal Exchange and living in the downtown Wilmington Pyle St. address at the time. Side one of this record is actually pretty good with every song being listeable. “Getting Closer”,”Spin It On”,”Old Siam,Sir” and “Again And Again and Again” were all songs I liked. Even the mellow “Arrow Through Me” is made slightly Funky by the addition of some horns. Side two is another story with “To You” being the only good song on it. Wings was disbanded after this following a short U.K. tour. Nothing McCartney has done since Wings has interested me much.
