Another great record his first solo abum after leaving Traffic.He is helped on this 1970 realese by Jim Gordon and Carl Radle of Derick and the Dominoes,Bonnie Bramlett and members of Joe Cockers Mad Dongs and Englishman touring band. Every song is good with four great songs “Only You Know And I Know”.”Shouldn’t Have Took More Than You Gave”,”World In Changes” and “Look At Me Look At You”. All four are on my playlist although two are from his live album. “Sad And Dep As You” is a nice love song with Leon Russell playing piano. Some of the original releases came in a tri-foldcover with a multicolored splatter vinyl record. My copy is a gatefold cover with black vinyl. A used one I bought for $4 about five years ago.
