J. Mascis is the leader of Dinosaur Jr. This is an acoustic solo album that came out in 2014. I bought it then when I was lioving in Mohnton. I don’t think I’ve ever listened to this one. It sounds really good. Great acoustic guitar with Mascis singing who sounds a bit likev Neil Young. He plays everything on the record except for piano and some aditional guitar on a couple tracks by Pall Jenkins of Black Heart Procession. Chan Marshall(Cat Power) sings backup on “Wide Awake”. That and “Better Plane” were the ones I liked most but every song sounded good. One I will want to put on again. Comes with a poster of the cover.
