The London Suede-Love And Poison

This is a live show from 1993 at the Brixton Academy. Originally a concert video released on VHS and later on DVD. This is the first time the music has been released on vinyl. It’s a limited edition released on Record Store Day 2021 on two records of clear vinyl. Called Suede in their English home for some reason London was added to their name in the U.S. In ’93 original guitarist Bernard Butler was still in the band(he left the following year).Brett Anderson and the band were one of te first bands to be called Britpop along with Oasis and Blur. I had only listened to the first two sides when I bought it. Playing all but two songs from their debut record and a couple of early B-Sides the music sounds pretty good.
