Their first album after after nearly seven years. This two record gatefold album came out in 2017. I don’t think I had ever listened to it since I bought it. It has similar beats and electronic sounds that can be found on their 45:33 record I listened to yesterday. There are ten songs on here all with lyrics in a Synth Pop/Dance style. Some of it reminds me of David Bowie’s work with Brian Eno. Some tracks I liked were “I Used To”,”Emotional Haircut”,”Black Screen”,and “Tonight” which I had heard on the radio. I generally liked the whole record and is another one that demands more listening. I heard LCD Soundsystem playing at Bonnaroo in 2010 early in the morning(probably around 2:00 A.M. or 3) while trying to sleep in the 90 + degree weather in Tennessee.
