The second album from this German band from 1978. I like this one better than their first. I enjoy listening to both sides. The first song “Welcome To The West” is about the divided Germany that still existed at that time. Lots of good songs on this record like “See Them Glow”,”Lost By The Wayside””Highway 216″ and “Scoobie Doobies”. Around ’77 or ’78 I recorded a radio concert, maybe it was The King Biscuit Flower Hour, that was split between Lake and City Boy. In introducing Scoobie Doobies singer James Hopkins-Harrison said it was slang for speed. I always liked his singing. He kept the band together through the mid 80’s but died in 1991 from drug related causes. I had their third album Paradise Island that came out in ’79 but it only had one song that I liked so I sold it.
