This is a three record set(34 songs)of artists covering his solo work and Wings. I bought this in 2014 when it came out. There are a wide range of singers including Willie Nelson,B.B. King,Dr. John,Harry Connick Jr.,and Bob Dylan.Also on the record are some Classic Rock artists like Ann and Nancy Wilson,Steve Miller,Sammy Hagar,Kiss,Paul Rodgers,Roger Daltrey,Chrissie Hynde,Def Leppard,Cheap Trick,Alice Cooper,and Billy Joel. After listening to all six sides for the first time I must say that I don’t like it very much. Most of the songs were recorded at several studios in L.A. using Paul’s backup band.The songs are pretty much exact copies of the original.None of them sounded very interesting to me. I like it when they change it up a bit and put their own stamp on it.They all seemed rather uninspired. Probably going to trade this one in.
