A pretty cool record with 15 short songs ranging from Pop,”Village Green”,”I remember Walter”,to Blues,”The Last Of The Steam Powered Trains” to Psychedelica,”Wicked Annabella” and everything else inbetween. It’s a bit of a concept album about life in a typical English Town. “Johnny Thunder” is about the local bad boy,”Monica” about a prostitute. A nice album to listen to. It was released in 1968 on the same day as The Beatles White Album. It was re-issued on vinyl in 2018 on a reproduction of the original Pye label from the U.K.
