Judas Priest-Redeemer Of Souls

Rob Halford left the band for most of the 90’s returning in 2003. This is their third album since his return. A 2014 release its one I bought when it came out. It has a flashy high gloss cover and I thought I would see what they sounded like now. K.K. Downing had just left the band but Glen Tipton and Bassist Ian Hill still remained. With a new second guitarist and drummer Scott Travis. Of the five Judas Priest albums I have there is a different drummer on each one. As usual I only listened to side one of this two record set when I bought it. The record is what you would expect, good Heavy Metal, sounding like anything they did in the 70’s,although Halford is singing in a much lower register,no more falsetto screams.
