Iron Maiden-Live After Death

This live album from Iron Maiden, one of the forerunners ofTheNew Wave Of British Heavy Metal genre, is one I bought in 1985 when I was living in Hull. In 1991 when I was living in Philly I sold all my Heavy Metal albums including this one and three others by Iron Maiden, plus records by Black Sabbath,Judas Priest, and all my Frank Zappa albums(over 40). I was going through some kind of religious thing at the time. I also quit drinking and getting high for exactly one year. The record was reissued about five years ago but the price was $40. I found this used one for $20. It looks like it’s brand new. Although issued by Capitol Records the cover says this was pressed by RCA for their music club, also written on the label. There is no UPC code on the record, instead there is a white rectangle with nothing on it where the code would be. As for the music it was recorded in Long Beach and London on their World Slavery Tour. A great selection of songs from all their records up to that point showing the band in great form.A video of one of the Long Beach shows was also released on VHS and later on DVD. The inside of the gatefold cover has photos from the tour as do the record sleeves. Lyrics are also included. Another one of my favorite live albums.
